Wintertime blend

Did you know that it is cheaper for refineries to produce gas for winter driving than for summer? This happens all across the US, and happen on September 16, a most refineries. Also, it is cheaper to store, according to this article. In any case, this means that gas prices should get even cheaper over the winter as demand slows and the glut seems to continue growing with no real end in sight.
